GREAT MENU

We offer an extensive menu of meats, either smoked & slow-roasted in our oak pit or grilled-to-order over our oak-fired grill. We have sizzling Certified Angus Beef®, undeniable ribs racks,  the best lamb around, poultry, a delicious seafood selection, and excellent vegetarian options with a huge selection of side choices.

 

CUSTOM DESIGN & owner-MANAGED

All of our regulars know that at Shamus T Bones we work hard and we play hard! But one thing they are all delighted to discover is that we built our restaurant from the ground up, literally. Just ask Dobson, when he greets you at the front door!  Owner Chris Barry designed and built our beautiful Eureka location and it's all in the grand details; we have a full bar made out of locally salvaged old growth redwood. High ceilings, exposed beams, large windows, fireplace, old world lanterns, Chris even hung some of his signature antler chandeliers from his design company CM BARRY DESIGNS. Owner and Manager Chris Barry is busy helping to expertly plan private dining and catering events, while Front of the House Manager Mallory Campbell and Bar Manager  Sharon Buck can be found out on the floor ready to greet guests and making sure you are having a great dining experience.
